Cancellation Policy
Because each SIWAR order is prepared with care, please review our cancellation window below.
Cancellation window
In-stock pieces may be cancelled within 12 hours of the order being placed for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched by our atelier.
Custom & made-to-order
Custom pieces, resized items and special orders enter production shortly after confirmation. Once production has begun, these orders are non-cancellable.
After dispatch
Once your order has shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy — cancellation is no longer possible, but eligible returns may still be requested within 14 days of delivery.
How to cancel
Email support@siwar.us or call +1 (406) 607-7157 with your order number. Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by a SIWAR advisor.
Refund timing
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
