Payment Policy

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Bank wire transfers are available for high-value orders on request.

All transactions are processed in USD. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your card issuer.

Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways with end-to-end encryption. SIWAR never stores your full card details.

Cards are authorized at checkout and charged once the order is confirmed by our atelier. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the authorization is released within 3–7 business days.

All import duties are paid by SIWAR. Any applicable US state sales tax is displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders flagged by our fraud-review system may require additional verification. In rare cases we may cancel and refund an order that cannot be verified.
