Is your gold authentic?
Yes. Every SIWAR piece is 21-karat UAE gold, hallmarked and sourced directly from trusted Emirati ateliers. We provide certification with every purchase.
Where do you ship?
SIWAR ships only inside the United States via insured FedEx.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock pieces typically arrive within 3–7 business days from order. Custom pieces may require 5–10 business days of atelier time before shipping.
Do I pay customs duties?
No. SIWAR imports every piece legally into the United States and pays all customs duties. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Can I return a piece?
Yes — unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our return policy for details.
How do I care for my gold?
Store pieces in the pouch provided, avoid perfumes and lotions on the metal, and gently polish with a soft cloth. Our concierge is happy to advise on individual pieces.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes. Please contact the concierge before ordering if you require a custom size — we will confirm feasibility and any timing adjustments.
