Return Policy

Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all documentation and tamper-evident tags intact. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.

Contact the SIWAR concierge at support@siwar.us within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a prepaid, insured return label and instructions.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the piece being received and authenticated by our atelier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We are pleased to arrange exchanges for a different size or piece of equal or greater value. Any difference in value will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.

Every piece is authenticated by our team on return. Any modification or damage may affect eligibility.
